   In addition to the standards, my Min Pin bows on command, I taught it when he happened to volunteer the behavior- I use a clicker, so he bowed, I clicked, he got a treat. Then I added a word next time he did it, click and treat. Very quickly I could say ‘bow’ and he’d do it happily!

   I taught my Boston by hand signs
   She had a cute little thing of flopping her front paws and chest down right after she got her treat. So I started doing a routine with that in it. Sit, flop, stand, around etc
   She does this and I worked it in because normally your pup has a natural ability to do tricks but with a twist. Watch the pup and work with the motions she has it really makes it fun for the dog

   My favorite trick I taught her is “Say your prayers.”

   I taught her by getting a chair and saying two tricks she already knew in a row. First I said, “up” and it was easy because she aleady knew the trick “Say sorry” which is when she lays her head on the object I point to. So walla….she is in the position I want. Then, I said, “Say your prayers” and gave her a treat.

   So, to give you a visual, in the end she is sitting with her paws on the chair and her head between her paws.

   Ze ringen een bel naar buiten te gaan. De klok wordt gehangen van onze deurknop. Om haar te laten zien hoe om te vragen om uit te gaan, belde we de bel voordat we naar buiten. Al snel stootte ze de bel. We vierden met haar onomwonden. Op een gegeven moment begon ze aan de klok uit klop van het park, waardoor we op wilde gaan met felicitaties. Dus nu ze doet. Ze heeft genomen om het luiden van de bel voor meer voedsel of behandelt ook. Ze maakte dat op. Ze aanbelt, neemt vervolgens af voor de keuken in plaats van daar te staan bij de deur. Ze heeft hoge verwachtingen. Ze houdt van communiceren met ons. Ze veegt haar voeten ook als ze komt via de voordeur ………

    Mijn aussie is jong dus we werken aan een nieuwe truc elke week of twee. Mijn favoriet is spin. Ik vertel hem te draaien en hij draait in cirkels achter als hij achter zijn staart.
